Our spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is nestled away in the peaceful location of The Retreat at Legacy Park. Enjoy our large covered lanai which has conservation views at the back and privacy foliage at both sides of the enclosure for natural private enjoyment.

We understand how important it is that our home is kept in top condition, and to keep our home stocked with the necessities for you to feel like you're at home.

Villa layout details: We have a well stocked kitchen with all your necessities to enjoy making meals for your family.

We have 5 bedrooms: Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower combo and access to the pool area for ease of use while using the pool area.

All other bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, our Master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom which has a walk in shower, garden bathtub and double basins and boasts a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 also has a king sized bed, walk-in closet and en-suite with a bath/shower combo. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin sized beds and walk-in closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share the hallway bathroom which has a bath/shower combo and double basins.

You and your family can enjoy some competitive fun in our games room, where you can enjoy our pool table, air hockey table and 2 retro arcade games. When you're all tired out playing games or need a rest after experiencing everything Orlando has to offer take some time to relax in our pool or spa which is south-west facing. So you will get plenty of opportunities for sun bathing and can even enjoy a romantic sunset.

It is important to remember that the pool heaters will not heat the pool to bath temperature but will take the chill off the water. The pool heating generally makes the water warm enough to comfortably swim, but not hot. During the cooler months of the year the pool may still feel ‘fresh’ but not icy cold.

We only allow two cars in front of our property as there are parking spaces for 2. Additional parking should you require it can be found in front of the clubhouse.
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Our support team is always on hand for guests. We provide excellent customer service ensuring that you are our priority. We carry out maintenance and repairs conscientiously and diligently ensuring repair work is resolved as quickly as possible and we keep everyone informed of the progress.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
