Escape to a peaceful and private retreat on a 1.5-acre property surrounded by beautiful avocado trees. This secluded Fallbrook home is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, or even a relaxing place for a bride and her family to get ready for a wedding day.

Spend your evenings enjoying sunset dinners on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub, or laying back in a lounge chair while watching the stars. During the day, play corn hole in the yard or gather with family inside for games and movies.

Downstairs you'll find a full game room featuring pool, foosball, air hockey, and more — perfect for family fun and friendly competition.

The home is ideal for large families or two families traveling together, with two living rooms and two full kitchens providing plenty of space to spread out.

GROUNDS
The property sits on a quiet 1.5 acre lot surrounded by avocado trees with beautiful views and abundant wildlife. Guests often enjoy bird watching during the day and incredible star views at night.

KITCHEN
The main kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes cooking oil, spices, a coffee maker, and baby/toddler dishware. A second kitchen is located downstairs for additional convenience.

DINING
Large dining table with seating for 8 and beautiful views from the patio slider leading to the deck.

LIVING ROOM
Comfortable seating for 8 with a Smart TV and streaming device. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts.

BEDROOM 1 – MASTER
King bed, two nightstands, and two dressers. Private door leading to the deck with beautiful mountain views.

BEDROOM 2
Bunk room with full-size bunk beds (each bed can sleep two) plus a twin trundle bed.

BEDROOM 3 – DOWNSTAIRS
Queen bed, desk, and TV. Located next to the game room.

BEDROOM 4 – DOWNSTAIRS
Multi-purpose room with a queen sleeper sofa, additional couch seating, TV, and the downstairs kitchen.

GAME ROOM
Full size pool table, regulation air hockey table, and foosball table.

Additional board games, children’s books, and toddler toys are located near the front door. There is also an outdoor ping pong table available.

DECK & OUTDOOR SPACE
Large courtyard and deck area with outdoor dining for 10, BBQ grill, lounge seating, and multiple places to relax around the property.

HOT TUB
Private hot tub for 3–4 adults, set to 102°F. Please replace the cover after use to help maintain temperature. Children must be supervised at all times.

LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

PARKING
Parking for up to 6 vehicles on the property. RV parking is available free of charge with advance notice.

SELF CHECK-IN
Easy smart-lock self check-in. Guests may arrive anytime after 3PM and will receive a door code before arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTES

QUIET HOURS
10PM – 7AM

NO SMOKING
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if violated.

DOG FRIENDLY HOME
Many guests travel with their dogs. While the home is professionally cleaned between stays, some pet hair may occasionally remain.

WILDLIFE
This property is located in a natural open space area typical of Fallbrook. Wildlife such as coyotes, birds, raccoons, squirrels, and insects may occasionally be present.

HOST LOCATION
The host lives in a separate building approximately a quarter acre away. Guests have complete privacy and exclusive use of the home, yard, hot tub, and game room.

Guest access
You will have private access to the full house and outside areas including the courtyard, hot tub and game room. No sharing with anyone.
