Enjoy nearby catch-and-release fishing or keep your catch at Hunting Tower Run Park, which connects directly to Lake Conroe and includes a private boat dock.

The home is conveniently located near many of the area’s most popular attractions. The Lake Conroe Waterpoint Boardwalk with restaurants and watersport rentals is only 5 minutes away. Margaritaville Resort is a 15-minute drive, along with The Lodge at Mount Creek. Several wedding venues including The Carriage House are within 10 minutes, and the Texas Renaissance Festival is about 30 minutes away.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large private yard surrounded by trees, spacious deck with seating, charcoal BBQ grill, hammock, smokeless fire pit, volleyball net, and plenty of space for yard games and relaxing evenings outdoors.

INDOOR LIVING: Two Smart TVs, board games, ceiling fans, and a dining table with seating for 6–7 guests. Garage with games: foosball, hockey, ping pong, dart board, and large connect 4. Play tic tac toe in the bunk room.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker, dish soap, sponge, and towels.

BATHROOMS: One full bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks, plus one bathroom with shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are provided.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, central A/C and heating, linens and towels, washer and dryer.

SECURITY: Three exterior cameras (facing outward) located at the doorbell, patio, and back driveway.

ACCESSIBILITY: Single-story home with one small step at the front entrance and two steps to access the deck from the yard.

PARKING: Private driveway with space for up to 7 vehicles, including room for a boat or RV.

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is at the doorbell facing the front outdoor entry, camera 2 is above the garage facing the back driveway and camera 3 is facing the patio/door. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
