House Rules & Guidelines

Climate Control: Please keep thermostats no higher than 72°F in winter and no lower than 68°F in summer.

Hot Tub: Use at your own risk; please review safety rules posted near the Hot tub.

Propane Grill: We provide a gas grill and a starter propane tank for your use. If the tank happens to run empty during your stay, you are welcome to refill or exchange it at nearby locations like Walmart or your local hardware store.

Island Access: For the privacy of our residents, the island bridge is restricted to authorized guests. Beyond the gated perimeter of the main estate, the landscape is intentionally open to the lake. Please note that the secure fencing ends at the gatehouse. Please proceed with awareness and ensure that children are closely monitored once passing through the gate and onto the bridge. We ask that you prioritize safety and exercise caution while exploring the island’s natural perimeter.

Water Activities: Life jackets are provided and must be used with kayaks and the pedal boat.

*Important note: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown process. This means the water level will be lowered starting November 1st. The lake typically refills between March 1st and March 8th, and is expected to be fully replenished by March 15th.

Up to four hour early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional $50 fee. Subject to availability.

-PET POLICY-
We welcome well-behaved canine companions (one dog allowance) with prior approval. Please note there is a weight restriction and a nightly pet fee of $50. As always, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends.

-PARKING-
Parking for up to 10 vehicles in driveway. Additional parking available upon request and pre-approval. NO PARKING ON GRASS. NO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE.

-HOT TUB MAINTENANCE-
hot tub maintenance workers will be given access to the deck to ensure cleanliness for each guests arrival.

-GUEST POLICY-
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTERED GUESTS IS 30 AT ANY TIME. When booking be accurate with the number of included guests. $100 per night charge for each additional unregistered guest.
