Just a short walk to the beach, this three-level home sleeps up to 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private hot tub, and multiple decks. King Tide Rising is thoughtfully designed across three levels, offering plenty of space for gathering while also providing privacy for guests.

Top Floor – Living, Dining and Deck:
The top level of King Tide Rising is the main gathering space, filled with natural light and comfortable seating. The living room features comfortable seating, a 50-inch Smart TV where guests can log into their own streaming apps, and a large collection of DVDs, puzzles, and classic board games for evenings indoors.

The fully equipped kitchen at King Tide Rising includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including an electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, baking sheets, and cooking essentials. The dining area offers seating for five at the table, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter.

Just outside, the top-level deck at King Tide Rising provides a relaxing outdoor space where guests can enjoy fresh coastal air, lounge in the sun, or gather for outdoor dining.

Second Floor – Bedrooms and Main Entry
The main entrance to King Tide Rising opens to the second floor, where guests will find three bedrooms and several convenient amenities.
Bedroom 1- The primary bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV, luggage racks, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Family-friendly extras in this room include a Pack ’n Play with sheets, a high chair, clothes hangers, and a baby monitor.
Bedroom 2- The second bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, making it ideal for children or guests working remotely.
Bedroom 3- The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV.

This level also includes a hallway bathroom, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, a first aid kit, and a hair dryer for guest convenience.

First Floor – Private Guest Suite: (Bedroom 4)
For guests who prefer additional privacy, King Tide Rising offers a separate lower-level suite. This suite includes a queen Murphy bed that is always open and ready for use, a private bathroom, a TV, a clothing rack, and a small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator. The room is equipped with a window air conditioning unit that also provides heat.
This suite is accessed separately from the main home via its own smart lock and is located next to the outdoor hot tub area.

Outdoor Living at King Tide Rising:
The outdoor areas at King Tide Rising are designed for relaxing after a day exploring the Outer Banks. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub, enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach, or gather outside for meals at the picnic table under string lights.
A charcoal camp-style grill is provided for cookouts, though guests should bring their own charcoal. Cleaning supplies including a broom, vacuum, and dustpan are also available to help keep sand under control during longer stays.

One of the best features of King Tide Rising is its easy beach access. The home is located just a short walk from the sand, making it easy to enjoy spontaneous beach trips throughout the day.

Guests staying at King Tide Rising enjoy a peaceful residential setting while still being close to the restaurants, shops, and activities that make Avon such a popular destination on Hatteras Island.

Guest Portal:
Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free.

Management:
Our property is professionally managed, we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Pet-Friendly Stay:
King Tide Rising welcomes one dog up to 60 pounds for a pet fee of $150 per stay. Dog food and water bowls are provided for your convenience. Guests traveling with pets are asked to clean up all pet waste immediately, keep dogs off the furniture, and avoid leaving pets unattended in the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.

Family-Friendly Amenities:
As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. King Tide Rising includes several amenities designed to make family travel easier, including a Pack ’n Play with crib sheets, a high chair, children's cups, plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as board games and puzzles that the whole family can enjoy.

WiFi, Parking and Security:
High-speed internet at King Tide Rising is provided by Frontier. The driveway offers parking for up to three vehicles. For safety, the property includes three exterior security cameras positioned on the front left corner of the house, the front right corner of the house, and near the front door on the second level. No cameras face interior spaces.

Stairs:
Please note that there is no elevator, and stairs are required to enter and access all levels of the home.
