This spacious 2,400 sq ft lake retreat was designed for boaters, families, and group getaways, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests and located just minutes from the marina.

Spend your days on the water, your evenings around the fire pit, and your nights relaxing with friends and family.

Whether you're here for a boating weekend, fishing trip, or family lake vacation, Joy on the Lake is built for making great memories.

This is where everyone naturally comes together.

Vaulted ceilings, a decorative stone fireplace, and large windows make the space bright, open, and perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.

In the summer the home is surrounded by tall trees that create cool shade and privacy.
In the winter, those leaves open up to reveal beautiful seasonal views of Lake Cumberland.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking big group meals, quick breakfasts, or late-night snacks after a day on the water.

Please clean up after pets so the yard stays great for all guests.

• A simple rental agreement will be sent after booking

One of the coolest things about Joy on the Lake is that the home sits on a dramatic bluff overlooking the surrounding woods and seasonal lake views.

For safety, please do not cross the fenced area behind the home — the cliff is extremely steep.

Children and pets should always be supervised when outside.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to 2).

A small pet fee helps us keep the home clean and comfortable for every guest.

Please clean up after your pup so the yard stays enjoyable for everyone.
