The loft is the showstopper of the suite.

Overlooking the living area, this airy second level features:

Important Character Detail:
To preserve the building’s original coastal charm, the loft ceiling height reaches approximately 5'3" at its peak. Adults will need to duck in certain areas — kids and adventurous guests tend to love it.

A dedicated AC unit and multiple fans keep the loft cool and comfortable year-round.

While your stay includes a parking pass for our on-site lot, public parking near Pier Park and beach access points can be limited and metered during peak season. Walking is often easier.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is walkability.

Pier Park:
Approximately a 12–15 minute walk (about 1 mile).

Beachfront Cruising:
Biking along Front Beach Road is a popular way to explore. Several local rental shops are nearby.

Uber and Lyft operate consistently in PCB and are the easiest way to head out for dinner or drinks without worrying about parking.
