The 2500m² property, mainly meadowland, invites you to linger and play. You can relax on the terrace with garden furniture after a long hike. The charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. There is also a car park for three cars on the property. Four bicycles can also be used on site,
The bungalow with two bedrooms offers approx. 80m² of space for up to four people. There is a double bed in both bedrooms. The living room has a dining table with satellite TV. The dining area in the farmhouse parlour invites you to dine together. The bright kitchen is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a fridge with freezer compartment, there is also a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric cooker and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
The village centre with cafés and restaurants, a swimming pool, the lake with a grassy beach, a department store and the train station can be reached in approx. 500m. The hiking trail starts approx. 100 metres from the house. The nearest horse riding facilities and tennis court are about five kilometres away. You can also take a trip from here to the Warmbad Villach thermal spa (approx. 20km) or the Römerbad Bad Kleinkirchheim (25km).
A WEB cube with unlimited downloads is available free of charge for internet access. Please note that pets are not allowed and that this is a non-smoking property. In winter it is unfortunately only possible to heat one bedroom, two beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
