For Check-in...
★ One copy of a valid ID with photo (all Guests) is needed, at check-in. Copying is done on-site.

For general safety reasons...
★ NO Cooking or any other form of meal preparation in rooms
★ NO Washing, drying and ironing clothing garments in rooms
★ NO smoking in rooms (Do it outside and with respect of other Guests)
★ DON'T drink tap water (There is free Purified Water available)

For the safety of all our Guests and their belongings...
★ We DON'T allow visitors, only checked-in Guests on our property
★ NO dogs or other pets are allowed

For the sake of peace...
★ No minor Guests is allowed.
★ Please respect our silent hours from 11pm to 5am.
★ For Guests working Online at nighttime...please respect other Guests sleeping

Other charges...
★ Damages or losses on any items, owned by House of Java, will be charged accordingly.
★ There is an additional Fee for using of shared Washing Machine and Kitchenette. (Please request at check-in)
