Downstairs comes with a Tiki bar, swing, bench, hammock, fire pit, outdoor shower and grill to enjoy the beautiful outside. The house comes with everything you could need, just bring the essentials!!
"Hello Sunshine" has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with an outside shower (hot and cold!) and toilet down below as well as a washer, dryer, and full-size fridge. The home is within walking distance to the beach and has direct beach access from car or golf cart from neighborhood. The deck is extensive and has a nice view of the ocean! Also now equipped with a baby gate to keep little ones secured while enjoying the deck!

The open floor plan allows interaction between everyone in the kitchen & living room. The living room has a comfortable sectional, chair, and a 50-inch flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and Roku (just bring passwords).
All bedrooms come with USB charging stations.

There is plenty of storage space and closets with hangers.
The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops, pots, pan, baking dishes, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, hot griddle and just about every gadget you can think of. All plates, cups, mugs, silverware, and any cooking utensil you may need are provided. The kitchen is stocked with some spices for our guests use. We also provide a Coffee Pot, Keurig, coffee, cream and sugar as well.
Downstairs is great for entertaining and enjoying a wonderful day or evening! Plenty of space and includes a Tiki Bar with seating, picnic table, swing, hammock and fire pit (firewood not included). There is also a fish cleaning station with sink and a large outdoor shower with cold and hot water that includes a bench. The room below you will have access to has the washer and dryer, large size fridge, toilet and all the fun stuff for the beach!
--Bed sheets, comforters, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, towels are provided; we do provide some beach towels, but please bring more
-There are plenty of beach toys, floats, chairs, a beach canopy to escape from the sun and a wagon to get all of these things from the house to the beach and back. This is all for the guest to use
--No smoking in house--Smoking is permitted outside only downstairs
--Sorry, but no pets or animals
--All inventory must be accounted for upon departure. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

I will be collecting a $250 refundable deposit once booked but will be returned once cleaning comes through.
There are two cameras on property that are on 24/7. One faces the garage driveway and the other faces the side yard.
THINGS TO DO IN CRYSTAL BEACH
There are two water parks in town, Fun Town Water Park and Fun Spot Water Slide. Stingray Marina is just a short drive and is a fun place to watch the water and see all the boats. There is also a great seafood restaurant there! The Golf Range is a perfect place to play some putt putt and have a yummy drink and bar food. Dannay's Donuts has fresh donuts and lunch. The Big Store is super close and is the main grocery store and a fun place just to walk around and shop! And if you want to take a day trip to Galveston Island the ferry is a fifteen-to-twenty-minute drive that will take you over there.
