Haus Leni in Kappl
type of building: Detached house. Owner lives on the property.This family-friendly house is in a central location and near a bus stop, at the bottom of the Kappl valey and just a 2-minute walk from the Kappl-Ischgl cable cars. The ski bus and the car parks in Kappl and Ischgl are free of charge.
There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the house. Our house consists of a holiday apartment for 6 people, a holiday apartment for 2-4 people and a private apartment.
The holiday apartment for 6 people is on the 1st floor and consists of three double bedrooms each with a shower/WC, satellite TV, a radio and hairdryer. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. Towels and bed linen are provided. A child’s bed is available on request, as well as a bread rolls delivery service. In the entrance area there is a seating group with a books corner and children’s games.
You can find a traditional restaurant and a grocery shop within about a 5-minute walk. The free ski bus takes you to the Ischgl ski arena in about 15 minutes. It is about 21km to Landeck.
No uphill ascents are required by car and snow chains are rarely needed. The house is a member of Sunny Mountain with certain additional services if guests go skiing in Kappl.
