This vibrant one-bedroom condo is located in a gated community with private beach access. Capri by the Gulf is in the heart of Destin close to shopping, dining, water parks, and night life.

Your booking includes the entire first floor condo.

We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out.

As you enter our condo with keyless entry, you will immediately walk into an open concept living room, cozy dining area, and kitchen. Why rush out of the condo in the mornings? The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need, including a fully stocked FlexBrew coffee maker (both regular brew and Keurig), along with dishes and cookware for your stay. Stay in and cook breakfast and enjoy that cup of coffee before your busy Destin day.

The bedroom has two queen beds as well as a pull out queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

We supply the initial amount of courtesy toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags along with dishwasher and dish soap which is typically enough for 48 hours. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies to accommodate for your group and / or length of stay.

Capri by the Gulf is located directly on one of the most sought after stretches beaches in the world. The property sits on 300 feet of private beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. The gated community helps guests feel a sense of privacy and safety while keeping traffic to the beach to a minimum.

For a peaceful holiday away from the crowds, you can’t do better than Capri by the Gulf. This small Destin beachfront rental enjoys its own stretch of dazzling white sand plus all the coziness of home. Amenities include a gated entry, ground-level parking in front of your door (no stairs or elevators), fully-equipped kitchen, and wireless internet service. The property has a barbecue grilling area and two viewing decks overlooking the Gulf. Destin Commons mall is only four blocks away, and it’s just a short drive to Silver Sands and other shopping centers, restaurants, and area attractions.

Capri 109 is located in a prime location in Destin! Nestled directly between the Destin Harbor and The Village of Baytowne wharf guests can experience the best of both worlds. It is very convenient to walk to one of several restaurants for a drink or a quick bite or stroll over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than one mile from Capri by the Gulf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you still have some great options. Whether you come to Destin for the fishing, water sports, golfing, or just to relax on the beach, we have you covered.

Crystal Beach

Do you like to feel like a local on vacation? If so, we recommend staying in the Crystal Beach neighborhood in Destin, Florida. This charming beachside community is home to pastel-colored beach homes with white picket fences. The sugar-white sand beaches are accessible via neighborhood beach accesses and dune walkovers that are conveniently located along Scenic Highway 98.

Known for its adorable beach cottages in a rainbow of pastels, this portion of Destin is probably the most sought after vacation location in Okaloosa County. Scenic 98 curves past a unique blend of beach homes and hot spots like The Crab Trap -- a tourist favorite! The clouds never seem to hang over Crystal Beach and the sugar white sands appear to shine a little brighter here.

Growing at a comfortable pace, Crystal Beach is also home to Destin Commons, an outdoor lifestyle center with restaurants, boutiques, Rave motion pictures and a Bass Pro Shop. It’s often the epicenter of Destin with outdoor musical productions, dog costume contests and fun activities for kids like dancing water fountains and a bungee trampoline.

One of our favorite things to do in Crystal Beach is bicycle through the neighborhoods and on the bike path along Scenic Gulf Drive. The Crystal Beach neighborhood is filled with pastel-colored homes and white picket fences, making it scenic and great for riding a bike along the tree-lined streets. Next head out to Scenic Highway 98 and cruise with the wind in your hair as ride along the beach highway catching glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico while stopping at points of interest along the way, including some of the area’s most popular beachside bars and restaurants.
