Tropical Breeze is a three-bedroom, three bath vacation home which features a bright decor, a private balcony off the master suite to have your early morning coffee or late night cocktail, a garden tub in the master bath with shower for late evening relaxation, and a king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. At the opposite end of the upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in double shower. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a pullout couch on the main floor.

This property is a 5-star rated vacation home new to Airbnb but highly rated on competitive vacation rental platforms. The host is also a premier rated host.

Outside:
The private pool has recently added the option to heat it. There is an outdoor closet with beach chairs, rafts, pool toys etc. The outside deck was recently restored and a new grill is onsite (2021). We added a new Teak table for 6 on the patio (2022). Our house is also dog friendly.

Dog fee is $175 for the first dog and $150 for each additional. There are weight limits (35lb max) and other restrictions so please inquire prior to booking. Max 2 dogs.
Pool heating fee is $50/day or $250 for the week. (Please contact us to add this option to your booking. We can include a quote with heating but instant booking does not have this option)

Check-in and check-out notes: For Summer 2022 our check-in time is noon and check-out is 8am. 7-night minimum, Saturday to Saturday. For Summer 2023 our check-in times (subject to adjustment) will return to 4PM check-in and 10 am check-out but stays will be from Sunday to Sunday. Please inquire if wanting to stay longer than 7-days when booking and we can provide options.

Guests have exclusive use of the property and collective use of neighborhood amenities. Access codes are provided for the house and neighborhood amenities.

Upscale managed community offering resort style amenities including community pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and private beach access. This neighborhood is directly across the street from beach.

Memorial Day Check In available for up to six night stay! Rare last week of June available for 6 night stay Sunday 6/22 -Saturday 6/28.
