The space

Solar electric panels provide most of the home’s electrical needs and the batteries provide instant backup power if needed. Electric car charging is on site in the parking area. The other home is rented to long term tenants and they have their own yard.

Guests have access to the entire home and fenced yard that surrounds the house. Parking is just outside the fence with a 50 amp outlet for solar electric car charging.
