Majority of the ground floor is made into a cozy living room area, equipped with a TV set and other gadgets, and a big library, so staying here will truly make you feel at home. The comfy sofa (that can be made into an additional bed for 2) and the overall aura of the space with plenty of sunlight will definitely allow you to relax. Kitchen: The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and yours to use at all times. Kitchenware and various appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler etc.) will be at your disposal and the separate pantry room will certainly give you enough space to prepare your favorite meals. The stairs leading to the first floor takes you to the bedrooms area, there are 3 of them with comfortable large beds, and own ac-units to provide you with highest level of comfort. There is also a private balcony in each room, overlooking the sea. All bedrooms are very spacious and homey and master bedroom is equipped with own TV. Last bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the bathroom also equipped with large comfortable bed . Extras: Additionally to a large and luxurious bathroom, upstairs you will also find a large walk in closet, an office space and a separate laundry room.
