Accommodating up to eight guests, the home is ideal for families, groups of friends, executive retreats, or those simply looking to reconnect in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards, mountains, and open farmland.

Please note that a limited amount of electricity is allocated per stay. We kindly ask that you use the air conditioning responsibly, as excessive usage may incur additional charges.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and consent to SimpliRent collecting, processing, and storing your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Utilities Notice

• Utilities are limited — we kindly ask that electricity and water are used responsibly at all times.
• Please ensure that air conditioning and heating are switched off when leaving the property.
• An initial allocation is provided for your stay. Should this be exceeded, we will issue one additional top-up token valued at R1000 as a courtesy.
• Any further usage beyond this point will be for the tenant’s account and may result in additional charges.
