Secure parking within the estate, plus private beach access and a pool. The home comes fully equipped: kitchen, linens & towels, Internet & Netflix.

This is a triple-story unit, with access either via the garden (ground floor) or the basement level, which has parking space for a car.

The ground floor has 2 north-facing bedrooms, each with their own private sunroom, and an adjacent shared bathroom. It's a great living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, dining area, and outdoor eating area overlooking the sea and mountains, all flowing into one another. There's an outdoor braai you can use, stored in the garage.

The second floor has the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus a second full bathroom and shower, and a large lounge with sea and mountain views stretching all around to the Kommetjie lighthouse.

The roof has 360-degree views of Hout Bay and the ocean, with a seating area for relaxing and space to bring up a portable BBQ. It's large and perfect for lying around or sunbathing.

The basement level has a variety of wetsuits and surfboards you can use (can't guarantee the wetsuits will fit), plus a laundry area, kids' toys, and a table tennis table.

The house is on a secure estate with guards and perimeter fencing monitored 24/7. Beach access is a 3-minute walk from the house, controlled via a keypad code that you'll be provided.

Parking is available in the underground garage and in visitors' bays at ground level. The estate also has large garden spaces and a pool, about a 1-minute walk from the house - guests have full access to the grounds and facilities.

The Hout Bay beachfront area is great for lazy beach holidays. Quieter than Cape Town, with easy access to a number of shops (Woolworths, Spar, PnP all within walking distance), Restaurants are an easy walk along the beach or Hout Bay Market. The beach is clean, with water not as cold as Llandudno or camps bay. We often see seals and dolphins swimming in the sea.
Hout Bay is also centrally located between Town (20 min), False Bay (30min), Kommetjie(40min) & Constantia (15min) - making it an easy drive to any direction.
