• No Events • No Parties • No Smoking Inside • Quiet Hours: 10 pm-8 am • Smoking acceptable outside but guests are responsible for removing all litter from cigarette butts or other smoking related items • There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the FRONT of property covering the entryway and driveway for additional security • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. • This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-2140. Any violations will incur a fine. No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

10% of the total price is due upon booking.
The remaining 90% is due 10 days before check-in.
If the booking date is within the 10 day window, the full amount is required upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

No questions asked cancellation up to 30 days prior to check-in date.
Guest will forfeit the initial 10% deposit for cancellations within 30 days.
No cancellations accepted within 14 days of booking date.
