Beautiful home in the Avenues, close to town and just 1/2 mile from Cheyenne Frontier Days fairgrounds. Walk to CFD in less then 10 min!

Master bedroom suite is a complete and gorgeous remodel, with attached master bathroom suite, with huge walk in shower, Kohler tub and heated floors. The home has great entertainment areas including living room, spacious TV room and comfy rec room. Perfect for a family vacation in Cheyenne!
This is a lovely single, family home. Ideal for a family vacation or a longer term corporate stay for project work in Cheyenne. No sharing of space with any other individuals.
