Behind the back fence is currently not accessible. We are in the process of building a pickleball court. There are 2 owners closets that aren't accessible to guests.

Car or ride share is recommended.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS within 48 hours of booking. We will also need ID verification. We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
