The second you enter you will find a fresh new look, spacious rooms, and spectacular views. Downstairs you will find the living area is very spacious with a perfect view of the golf course as well as a bay view. With plenty of seating in the living area you can easily walk out to the patio with outdoor seating and propane grill. Enjoy morning coffee outdoors or afternoon golf and sunsets. The half bath with granite vanity sink is also located downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 3 and a coffee maker that offers 2 brewing options or a single serve option. Also enjoy the air fryer for easy meals.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom that includes a king bed, T.V, large closet, golf views and connected bathroom. The master is complete with a full bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower and double vanity sink and washer/dryer combo. Down the hall you will find the guest room with a queen bed, a dresser for storage, large closet, and plenty of space for your comfort with golf views. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and vanity sink.
