We’ve traded parking for pure fun, equipping the space with a full-sized arcade machine for a dose of nostalgia, a foosball table for some friendly competition, and cornhole boards for that classic backyard vibe. It’s the perfect spot for the kids to burn off energy or for the adults to enjoy a late-night tournament without disturbing the quiet of the sleeping quarters downstairs.

When it’s time to recharge, head to the lower level where all three bedrooms offer a peaceful, quiet retreat tucked away from the social spaces. The layout is perfect for families, featuring a cozy room with a full bed and a dedicated "bunk room" that the kids will absolutely love. This level ensures everyone has their own corner of the cottage to unwind, providing a cool and quiet environment for a restful night’s sleep after a day of Ozark adventures.

The crown jewel of the lower level is the expansive Primary Suite, boasting a plush king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom for total relaxation. What truly sets this room apart is the direct walk-out access to the backyard. Wake up and step straight out into the crisp morning air, or end your night with a soak in the private, bubbling hot tub located just outside your door. Between the private spa and the custom firepit area, your backyard oasis is designed for making memories under the Branson stars.
