Estate Belvedere - St. Croix

Estate Belvedere is a boutique villa located in St. Croix, the largest of the US Virgin Islands. This property spans over three and a half acres and has six bedchambers for a total capacity of sixteen guests with ample room for an additional fifty guests for special events. The estate has recently been renovated in order to incorporate certain upgrades, though in such a way to keep alive large elements of the centuries old architecture and history.

Stays at Estate Belvedere leave guests in a state of total serenity. The grounds feature immaculately manicured gardens that produce an indisputable utopian effect. Guests can whittle away the hours sunbathing on the terrace’s comfortable furnishings next to the large stone swimming pool. Modern amenities at Estate Belvedere include climate control, an entertainment center, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped exercise room.

Originally the main building on Estate Belvedere was built as a sugar mill in 1791 and retains its old world charm regardless of the recent upgrades. The interior showcases elements of design that reflect the quiet sophistication from an era gone by and are complemented by a choice selection of elegant furnishings. A modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking a pleasure with the little added bonus of a delightful herb garden.

Estate Belvedere’s six bedrooms are sophisticated yet understated, adding to an already cozy atmosphere. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and climate control. Three of the six bedrooms are located in the main building, two of which possess a king size bed, and a third room has a queen. The three remaining bedrooms are found in the tower, with one room containing a queen bed and the two other rooms, two queen size beds, each with the added feature of direct terrace access.
