THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS BRAND NEW!

There is a king-sized bed in the large, 2nd floor suite. The main bedroom has en-suite access to a beautiful bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The main suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

A queen bed is in one of the second-floor guest bedrooms. There is a full bathroom just around the corner.

A twin-over-full bunkbed is in the second guest upstairs bedroom and shares the full bathroom with the other guest bedroom.

The living room has a large sofa, love seat, and 2 chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Ember Cove."

Unique to this property is her dry sauna in the living room. Enjoy your time relaxing in it any time you wish!

This privately-owned home has a large kitchen featuring granite countertops, a matching tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available as well as a traditional coffee pot.

There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Ember Cove" includes a gas grill, patio, and Adirondack chairs.

Please feel free to park in the garage and/or driveway, and please use the beach chairs if you'd like!

"Ember Cove" is located quietly in Hawks Landing, a mile north of busy highway 98 but close to public access to the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Located in Santa Rosa Beach, you will be in the heart of the Emerald Coast, with charming, unique boutique towns in all directions!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Gold Coast locals. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations at each bed, high-end bathroom amenities, beach chairs, and a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.
