Rules to follow at our home: 1)No shoes in the house 2)No children unattended on the dock or in the pool - must sign waiver of owner's responsibility for any accidents inside or outside the property. 3)No swimming in the canal 4)No parties 5)No smoking 6)Fireplaces are not to be used in the home 7)Quiet hours outside by 10pm 8)2 Oceanside Beach Cards provided to guests - each card offers 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella - if lost there is a replacement fee of $50 9)Lost house key cost $200 to replace and we would have to change lock on the door House Rules Absolutely no smoking. No extra overnight guests that haven't been disclosed when you rent. See detail below about proper use of electronics. We hope you relax and enjoy your stay, but we do expect you to treat this like your own home. This is not a hotel room, this is our home. • Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM/ checkout by 11:00 AM • No parties or events - Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am • No smoking Rental Rules 1. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Any violation of non-smoking policy will result in the loss of security deposit. 2. People other than those in the Guest party disclosed upon reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not move/relocate any furniture pieces or home furnishings. Do not move, disconnect or otherwise tamper with home electronics such as TV's, streaming devices, DVD players or cable boxes. Evidence of moving, tampering with or altering of electronic equipment could result in forfeiture of security deposit. Keep all other contents of the property on the premises at all times (with the exception of beach towels, cooler, umbrella). 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. You would be surprised! :) 6. Housekeeping: There is NO daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens aside from beach towels to be taken from the property. 7. Water and Sewer: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. 8.
