Primary Suite: King Bed + Vaulted Ceilings + Brand New Deep Soaking Tub in the private ensuite. 🛁

Guest Room 2: 1 Queen Bed.

Guest Room 3: 1 Queen Bed.

Bedroom 4 (Basement): Two sets of Bunk Beds (Twin-over-Full) + 1 Sleeper Sofa. Perfect for the kids or a large group of friends.

Extra Capacity: We provide a high-quality air mattress and utilize the sleeper sofa in the dining area to reach our 16-guest capacity.

Parking: Gravel driveway with ample room for multiple vehicles and boat trailers.

Location: 5 minutes to Lee’s Ford Marina & 15 minutes to Burnside Marina.

⚠️ GUEST VERIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
To maintain the quality of our home and the peace of our neighborhood, all bookings require the following:

Identity Verification: All guests must be verified.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your stay.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the host's discretion.

ID: A government-issued ID must be provided after booking.

As our esteemed guests, you're invited to enjoy every amenity and space our beautiful lakeside property in Somerset has to offer. We're dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, creating a true home-away-from-home experience. Enjoy unrestricted access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and every indoor space. Garage is not included.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a code that allows entry into the home. Check-in is at 4PM, and check-out is at 11AM. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the area!

Our property offers ample parking with space for up to 6 vehicles, plus a driveway that can fit small to mid size boats. Enjoy hassle-free arrivals, departures, and plenty of room for all your needs. To explore the area, we recommend bringing your personal vehicle.

🏡 RESPECTING THE RETREAT Cumberland Canvas is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Strictly No Parties: We do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests.

Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise to respect our wonderful neighbors.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.

⚠️ GUEST REQUIREMENTS & SECURITY To ensure the safety of our home and neighbors, the following are required for all bookings:

🧗 SAFETY NOTICE: STEEP CLIFF Our property sits on a beautiful, dramatic bluff. For your safety, do not cross the fenced area behind the house. The cliff is extremely steep and dangerous. Please supervise children and pets at all times.

🐾 PET-FRIENDLY STAY We love furry family members (up to 2 dogs)!

A pet fee applies to help us maintain a 5-star clean environment.

Please clean up after your pets in the yard to keep the space enjoyable for all guests.

🔥 OUTDOOR FIREPIT & FIREPLACE

Firepit: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor firepit! Please bring your own firewood. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area.

Fire Bans: During dry periods, local burn bans may apply. We will notify you if a ban is in effect.

Indoor Fireplace: The stone fireplace is a decorative focal point only and is not available for guest use.

🐜 NATURE & WILDLIFE You are truly "in nature" here! You may see deer, birds, and the occasional local critter. While we have professional pest control, being in the woods means you may encounter mosquitoes or ants.

Pro-Tip: Keep doors/windows closed and store food properly to keep the "outside" from coming "inside."
