Guests have access to entire property. You can wander anywhere in the creek. Please enter and exit creek from our property only though and (out of respect) please do not wander into neighbors yards or climb on their river bank.

We provide our cell number if you need anything during your stay. We live in the area and are available if necessary. We accept platform messages, texts, emails, or phone calls. We do appreciate you being our eyes and ears and welcome you to contact us if anything needs our attention.

Creekside Quarters is among 8 houses in a private cove (3 of which we own). It has a secluded feel with your own private access to Deep Creek from your backyard. Great location very close to town and the Polar Express with the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park only 1 mile away.

The town of Bryson City just continues to get more and more like a Hallmark movie! It's small town feel with quaint boutiques, restaurants, and breweries surrounded by mountains and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. The spring and summer months bring festivals and numerous outdoor activities, the fall foliage is magnificent, and the winter brings us The Polar Express and snow skiing at Cataloochee Resort. Harrah's Casino (15 miles) offers fabulous dining and entertainment opportunities. Boat Rentals. Rafting. Tubing. Hiking. Biking. Exploring.

Our home is Easily Accessible. Your drive is flat from town to house. Flat circular gravel drive. Plenty of room for parking. We welcome you to park your car/motorcycles in the attached paved car port.

Once in the creek, you can wander anywhere in the creek. We just ask that you please enter and exit the creek from our property only though and (out of respect) please do not wander into neighbors yards or climb on neighbors river rocks.

* No Smoking ~ this includes inside the home and the front + back porches
* At least one person 25 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of our home AND must remain in the home overnight each day of the rental period
* No illegal activities are permitted on our property
* $25/night Pet Fee ~ 2 dog limit with combined total weight of under 50lbs. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate dismissal from our property with no refund + additional charges
* No Parties or Extra Guests Allowed
* Minutes to downtown Bryson City, 1 mile from Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tube Deep Creek from the Park to the Back Porch, Fish from Private Bank, Cherokee/Golf Courses/Harrah's Casino (just 12 miles away), Fontana Lake and Nantahala Gorge just 20 minutes away
