Cozy Private Suite | Minutes to DC - Alexandria

This newly renovated private suite is set up perfectly to be your home away from home. With a brand-new custom shower, new laundry center, comfy furnishings, and a slick work area, this space is great for traveling nurses or doctors, visiting family in the area, or interns here for new opportunities in our nation's capital.

NOTE: While this space can accommodate up to 6 guests with use of a queen air mattress, the recommended maximum number of guests is 4. Each guest over 4 is $25 per night.

You'll have access to a private screened-in porch with a swing and some outdoor furniture. The kitchenette has an induction hotplate and all the tools to cook a quick meal at home. Your bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and dedicated mini split AC/Heater. The main room has an additional mini-split AC/Heater, cozy lounge area with a big screen television, a place to work, and a small dinner table to enjoy a meal with your partner, family, or friends.

We are right across from Alexandria Inova Hospital, minutes away from the main artery into DC (I-395), and there's a metro bus stop that can take you directly to King St Metro!

With self-check-in and out, your time here will be your own. You may see us coming to-and-fro or our kids playing in the front yard, but your space and your porch will be your own!

This suite is nestled into a cul-de-sac neighborhood just off a main road with an excellent park just a 10-minute walk away. Neighbors are all kind and young families that often will be seen playing in the front yard with parents sharing a beer or two!

This location is best by car or Uber/Lyft, but access to metro is one easy bus to the King Street station.

The suite is a ~7-minute walk to Alexandria Inova Hospital's visitor entrance making it the perfect place to stay if traveling as a healthcare provider, visiting family, or pre/post op.
