Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach.
Enjoy a peaceful stay while in the OBX. The perfect combination of comfort, privacy, location and accessibility. Experience beach living like a local. You have plenty of room to relax on the decks, by the fire pit or inside on the comfy furniture. You can enjoy a walk around the community in Chicahauk; a maritime forest community that is blanketed with live oaks. Bring your bikes to use the multi-use paths and venture around the community and even to Duck, NC to take in the shopping, restaurants and wonderful Sound side Boardwalk. Home is located an easy .3 miles (5-7 minute walk) to the beach. The beach access is a wonderful ramp for easy use by strollers, wheelchairs or beach buggies. Southern Shores beaches are the best beaches for relaxation and less crowding than other beaches.
