Colorful Cozy Historic Home Close to Town & Beach - Manistee

**An information guide (link) will be provided to the guest, as well as a hard copy available in the home. Pink Mitten binder is located on desk in front hall.

1. The number of guest reserved on the booking is accurate. This would include any pets (max 2)

2. Must be 25 years of age to book. Please be respectful of our home. Treat it as you would treat your own. Please be respectful to the neighbors after 9 pm. This is a quiet residential area. Any violation of this rule is subject to loss of security deposit.

3. Parking - There is room for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking is on the street in front of the home. Please be advised that if there is snow, you need to adhere to the Manistee parking guide which is located on the fridge in the home or risk fines and/or towing at your own expense.

4. No smoking of any substance anywhere inside the home. This includes vaping.

5. No drug use on the premises. No smoking inside the home.

6. WiFi: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund or rents shall be given for outages, content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. No illegal or excessive downloading or uploading.

7. Items in the home are to stay in the home. Please do not remove them. Exceptions would be use of water bottles, picnic totes, coolers, outdoor beach gear and similar items located in the garage and available for temporary use.

8. Trash pick up day is MONDAY. Please bring the trash bin to the curb prior to early morning trash pick up. If your reservation extends to MONDAY or TUESDAY please bring the trash bin back up to the garage.

9. No confetti or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the premises.

10. Upon check-out, please wash dishes or run the dishwasher, place trash in outside bin. Beds should be left unmade. Towels can be left in bathrooms on floor. Lights off and doors locked up. Any air conditioners or fans should be turned off. Outside table umbrella should be left in the down position (WIND) and any items used outside brought back into the garage. Make sure to take any personal belongings or food from fridge upon check-out.

11. PET OWNERS: please clean up after your pet in the yard. There are pet bowls and plastic bags in the kitchen pantry for your use. NOTE: yard is not 100% enclosed. There is fencing on two sides only.
