Aqua Properties - Fort Lauderdale

Our home is intended to be enjoyed by families or groups looking to relax. This is NOT a party house. Neighbors monitor adherence to the following rules: 6 Adults maximum per homeowners insurance and city regulations. Guest count must be kept accurate at all times (Number of Adults and Number of Children). Minimum age of 25+ years old to rent. Photo ID required upon booking. No Local Florida residents. No day visitors or additional guests are allowed on the premises. Pool closes at 9pm. No outdoor noise & music between the quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am. Aquadream II does not allow parties (birthday, bachelor, bachelorette, wedding, spring break, fraternity, sorority, etc) or gatherings. If occupancy rules or any house rules are broken, if the Plantation police are called, or if there is misrepresentation of guests or guest count, reservation will be canceled and guests will need to leave immediately with no refund given. No smoking/vaping/drugs. No pets.

Children need to be supervised at all times nearby/in the pool and canal. Maximum of 3 cars parked on driveway.

Cleaning fee includes everything but dishes & bbq grill (if used). If you don’t mind, please throw in a load of towels in the wash the morning of check-out. If it applies, excessive trash and/or excessive utility fee may be deducted from security deposit. Please strip bedsheets if sofa bed(s) are used.
