There are no pool gates * Please follow all the posted pool signs. * Dock does not have railings .. no running .. swimming not allowed in the canal * Routine Maintenance for pool(weekly), lawn (bi weekly)and pest control will be at the property. *Quiet hours are between 9 pm to 7 am.No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 48 hrs of booking for a full refund. Full payment collected at booking. 100 PERCENT refund for cancellation before 45 days and 50 perc refund if cancelled before 30 days. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is done less than 30 days before arrival
