- Due to severe allergy and health reasons for our family, please do not bring pets. A $500 fee will be applied for any pets that enter the home.

NO SMOKING:
- No smoking/vaping inside or outside the property
- A $500 cleaning and odor removal fee will be asserted if there is any smoking.

Maximum Guest rule will be enforced:
- Please do not exceed the maximum guests (either overnight or visitors) allowed or we reserve the right to enforce a $100 fee per guest over the limit and/or cancel the reservation without a refund. If you have any questions regarding the guest limits, please contact us before booking the home.

NO PARTIES:
- To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and events are strictly PROHIBITED at this property.
- We welcome guests who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
- Violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine as well as an immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
