🐶 The neighborhood itself is quiet, super walkable, and very pup-approved — great for morning coffee strolls and evening walks with your four-legged besties. It’s residential, friendly, and ideal for relaxing after full days of exploring.

🐾 This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep things chill between 10pm–7am. Even cool houses have neighbors.
🐾 While we have spots for up to 14 people to sleep, this is a family-friendly retreat — not a party house. Save the rave for somewhere else.
🐾 Pets are welcome (obviously), but please crate pups if left alone and keep them off furniture unless covered. Also, please perform pick-up duty in the backyard. There are poop bags ready for you!
🐾 The game room/movie theater includes extra sleeping spots (fold-out beds + air mattress). It’s perfect for kids, teens, or overflow humans.
🐾 We’re not beachfront — Gulf Shores is a short 7 mile drive away. Worth it, promise.
🐾We aren't local, but folks love us around here. We have trusted helpers nearby if something needs hands-on attention.
🐾 This is coastal living, so you might see a bug or two despite regular pest service. If something crawls where it shouldn’t, tell Mom.
🐾 Please be mindful with parking — try not to stack four cars in the driveway or block the sidewalk. Feel free to park along the road just in front of our house. Lots of neighbors (and pups!) love to walk this area, and we don’t want to be THOSE people.
🐾 Any locked closets or cabinets are for Mom's stuff. Please don’t investigate.
