Diese besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Cheminéeofen und kleiner Bibliothek, einem Schlafraum, einer modern ausgebauten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Parkett und Schieferböden ausgelegt. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus, Gartensitzplatz mit prächtigem Bergpanorama. Haustiere nach Absprache möglich.
