Sitting in the hills of Samara, Guanacaste, 3 minutes from Samara, this stunning, brand new, architecturally designed lux villa(2023) has something for all the family looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Costa Rica whilst never losing sight of your creature comforts. You and your family & friends will have complete and full use of the entire home and salt water pool area for your whole stay, so put your feet up and enjoy!

Located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Barrio Los Monos, 3 minutes drive from Samara town and Costa Rica's stunning beaches (one of only 5 Blue Zones in the world), this stunning modern, multi-family home is part of a finca made up of a handful of exquisitely designed homes in the jungle tree tops where there is quiet and a cool breeze. Casa Nube has amazing privacy whilst still offering the community and security of our neighbours from all over the world.

There's not a day that passes without a stunning sunset or tropical weather pattern that will take your breath away which you can appreciate from all 5 bedrooms and common areas of this magnificently designed home.

Casa Nube (Cloud House) is set in its own 1.5 acres of tropical jungle where you will be sure to experience the cloud and mist formations of green season and the rainbow hued sunsets of dry season as well as all the wildlife the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica has to offer. You and the family may spot toucans one day, macaws the next, hummingbirds, butterflies and Howler Monkey's, a preying mantis or even an Ocelot. Each day will present a unique experience you and your family will cherish forever.

The space is cleverly configured so you can experience as much of the outdoors when inside as possible.

On the ground floor, enter the villa through the floor to ceiling glass doors that cover the majority of the front of the house, straight into the enormous kitchen, dining, TV and lounge area. Here there is a huge teak dining table that can easily seat 12, full open plan kitchen with gas oven and all the amenities you need to entertain family and friends. Purposely designed to be a super social space where everyone can congregate and enjoy each others' company.

The Principal en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor, with own tropical terrace, as well as 2 queen bedrooms (with a full bathroom in between) off the main living space.

Our splendid staircase, a real feature of Casa Nube, carries you up to the first floor where there are 2 additional decadent guestrooms one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds.

There is another full bathroom in between these bedrooms. Casa Nube is perfect for two families wishing to vacation together as you each have your own floor with separate full bathrooms.

There is an exclusive, large, healthy saltwater pool at the front of the property with lounge area, pool toys, parasol for shade, BBQ and dining space and pool lights to enjoy this stunning space of an evening.

The private drive to Casa Nube has parking for 2-3 cars. Further parking is available on request.

Casa Nube is on 2 spacious floors with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: configured as two Queen rooms with a bathroom, and a kingsize principal suite with large ensuite.

On the first floor there is a further kingsize bedroom, bathroom and a twin room (2 single beds) and a huge terrace with additional seating.

You will not share Casa Nube during your stay and you have exclusive use of the salt water pool. You also have your own exclusive laundry area at the rear of the house.

Casa Nube is perfectly configured for families to vacation together whilst each having their own space.

We are available by phone or text and you'll have a dedicated local professional on the ground ready to assist with your needs.

Maria our House Manager is also your very own concierge service for Samara and Costa Rica so not only will Maria be at Casa Nube on arrival to check you in and show you the ropes, Maria is available to answer any questions in person or over message for the entirety of your stay. You can book anything and everything through Maria from transport and airport transfers to restaurants to trips and excursions, babysitters and even a private chef!

Our location is perfect for those who enjoy being close to the hustling beach town of Samara (5 mins by car) but who like to retreat to the peace, cool breeze and tranquility of the jungle once at home. You really have the best of both worlds as you can be at dinner, a bar, surf lesson or ziplining in town in a few short minutes or you can choose to stay home and enjoy the tranquility of the jungle surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature all experienced in luxurious surroundings. You really do have it all here. Casa Nube is at an elevation so you have the most spectacular views to enjoy at all times of day whilst sipping a cocktail (or a cup of tea) on any one of our spectacular terraces.

We advise you have a 4 wheel drive to best enjoy Costa Rica as a whole. Although the road to Samara is paved, there are some steeper hills where a 4x4 performs better. There is parking for 2 cars on the property as well as free on street parking. If you would like assistance booking a rental vehicle please let us know as were happy to help and have access to preferential rental rates.

Casa Nube is a family friendly villa.

We do not allow adult only groups and have a no parties policy. Any groups found to be partying or playing loud music will be asked to leave out of respect to our neighbours.
