Living room: An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room features an open fireplace (wood used must be replenished by the tenant), dining table, corner bench and four chairs, two armchairs, flatscreen TV with satellite reception, Bose Wave stereo system, and a large balcony. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (free) a flatscreen TV in the living room with satellite connection as well as a second Loewe screen which can be used with streaming devices brought by the tenant (with cables!), such as Apple TV, cameras, mass storage devices, etc. The apartment has a cozy reading corner on the second floor with a small selection of books. The apartment also offers various CDs, especially classical music. These can be played on the Bose system, which also has an AUX connection for personal media devices, e.g. smartphones.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (used capsules must be replenished by the tenant), a classic raclette device as well as a raclette-teppanyaki combination and a fondue caquelon.
Bathroom: 2 bathrooms: One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin, the other bathroom has a shower and a toilet/washbasin. Bathroom linen is available and will be charged separately.
Interior: The apartment is contemporarily furnished in Alpine-chic style. The furniture is new and is regularly checked by the landlord.
