The owner of this cottage is a trained chef and former manager of a five-star lodging facility in Italy, ensuring that your stay will be nothing short of exceptional. The home was completely remodeled in 2020 and features four spacious bedrooms and an open concept living area. The layout is in a unique H shape with a shared bathroom between the bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king size bed, while the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children, with a day bed and two twin beds. In total, the cottage can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Each room is equipped with a 50-55 inch Samsung TV with access to local channels and streaming, and WiFi is provided throughout the home. Linens and towels are also provided for guests' convenience.

This cottage offers unique amenities that go above and beyond traditional vacation rentals. Enjoy a private boat ramp for small boats and skiffs (subject to tidal conditions), kayaks and basic fishing gear, and even an outdoor movie theater (weather permitting and at the owner's discretion).

The creek is a tidal inlet that can accommodate shallow draft vessels during mean and high tides, allowing guests to bring their own boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes and launch them straight from the property. The open ocean is just a 15 minute boat ride away.

The surrounding area of Topsail Island has a charming North Carolina coastal feel and offers a mix of Key West, Outer Banks, and Myrtle Beach without the crowds or traffic. Within minutes of the cottage, guests can find restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, surf shops, and a local Food Lion. As a small fishing community, Sneads Ferry also has local fish markets where guests can purchase fresh catch of the day. Every August, the town hosts the annual Shrimp Festival.
