Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

Conveniently located, the property is just 10 minutes from Havelock, 15 minutes from Beaufort, and approximately 25 minutes from Atlantic Beach.

Situated on 3.25 private acres, the property includes a historic 1890s farmhouse, a detached garage built in the 2000s, and the upstairs apartment. The setting offers plenty of privacy, ample parking, and space for trailers or boats.

The property backs up to the Harlowe Canal and includes a private dock, making it a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy kayaking or canoeing to Clubfoot Creek and the Pamlico Sound in one direction, or toward the Newport River in the other. Fishing from the dock is also welcome.
