The three-bedroom, two-bath layout includes a spacious family camp room with a private bath and balcony. The space
Originally a cabin, the home has been thoughtfully built up with a wraparound porch, creating the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views. Plus, the private beach and boat ramp (only airbnb in area with one) are steps away, allowing easy access for water activities.

The three-bedroom, two-bath home has been recently updated and is perfect for families or groups. The family camp room on the third floor has its own private bath and a 4 full size, two twins mattresses, offering plenty of sleeping space for everyone. This bedroom, also boasts a lockable balcony. The other two bedrooms (second floor) both feature comfortable queen-size beds and share the other full bath.

The main level boasts the living/dining and kitchen and laundry facilities. All beach facing with windows that draw your eye to the view.

The main floor has undergone a complete renovation, featuring brand-new appliances and stylish living area. Park your car under 5 dedicated carport slots. 2 kayaks and a paddleboat are free for guest use

Guest access
This beachfront property also offers four carport spots, ensuring plenty of parking for guests. The fenced entry provides extra security and privacy, while the mature trees create natural shade around the outdoor spaces. In addition to the pergola, smoker, and firepit, there’s a private area perfect for relaxing under the stars or enjoying family meals outdoors. The remote location ensures minimal noise and complete tranquility, offering an uninterrupted view of the beach and peaceful surroundings.

Other things to note
Local wildlife
There are wasps local to this area (yellow jackets in nearby) and a type of brown wasp that creates sand nests, but doesn’t sting. Scorpions have been seen in area at night (mainly <1.5 inch and not dangerous to humans, but can cause a sting). Wild pigs and deer have ranged the property, especially at 10 pm.

Extra guest fee is added to parties greater than 9 for $5 per guest to help pay our cleaners more to have to change out additional beds and keep our cleaning fee reasonable for smaller groups.

I would recommend kids wear shoes when outdoors and water shoes at the beach. We have sandy parts but shale rocks are also very prevalent and it just makes walking easier in water.

We have reverse osmosis installed, so no need to lug bottled water here. We provide coffee, tea, pancake mix, syrup and kitchen basics. Please plan a grocery pickup at walmart for meals as we are about 15 min drive from town. If you like to solely use k-cups please byo, we do have a refillable k-cup. We provide ample dishware for 10, but if you hate doing dishes bring paper-ware.
Fridge/freezer has filtered ice machine inside.
We also have tankless hot water heater for hot showers that last!
