The main level of this stunning yet cozy cabin features vaulted ceilings, a massive fireplace, a true gourmet kitchen (with countertops imported from Bali), 1/2 bath w/ petrified wood sink and an oversized deck!

The 2nd floor consists of two luxurious master suites and impressive bathrooms with heated floors, as well as a spa room that any guest in the home can easily access. The spa room boasts a private, oversized jacuzzi tub!

The bottom floor features a game room complete with a game/poker table, your very own Skee Ball, Ms. Pacman and 59 other arcade favorites, in addition to the third bedroom, complete with a 2nd kitchen/bar and full bathroom! There is a new hot tub on the screened deck. It is on the smaller side, advertised for 4 ppl!

All bedrooms feature a king bed, and two of them have an additional twin, plus a daybed/trundle in the game room, a queen sofa sleeper & a couch in the living room. The home sits on 12 acres of wooded hillside! An oversized deck spans off the main living area and is appointed with a large gas grill, furniture and shad umbrella for your use. The night view of the stars is almost as spectacular as the year-round lake view during the day! Bring your boat and launch it at any of the nearby marinas! You are only minutes from Edgar Evins Marina, Canoe the Caney, and Hurricane Marina. Canoe the Caney, rent a boat, visit a winery and just enjoy the Center Hill Lake area! This cabin is just 12 minutes from I-40, and 10 minutes from Edgar Evins Marina and Center Hill Dam. Perfect Weekend Getaway! Wineries nearby!

We purchased this cabin after spending almost every weekend for years on our houseboat. We live in Nashville and find Center Hill Lake to be the ultimate weekend getaway! Pictures don't do this property justice Hello! Thank you for looking at our homes! All are in fantastic locations (our homes are in areas we would live in- they are NOT in “transitional” areas and have special touches to make your vacation memorable (East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub that sleeps 12, eight (8!) trendy and centrally located downtown condos that sleep 4-8 people all in the same complex, an ocean front condo in Panama City Beach, and an amazing private cabin in the mountains! We love to visit new places and have a variety of hobbies, my current favorite is wake surfing, Tyler is an avid scuba diver, and we enjoy weekends at the lake in our houseboat! I'm also into hot yoga and Tyler enjoys running throughout our neighborhood. We love Nashville, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and am a local realtor with a passion of helping women buy their first homes, though I've also assisted my Airbnb guests ;-) Tyler is a realtor and Nashville Native, while I grew up about two hours away on the Cumberland Plateau. He is almost always available to assist our guests and is happy to help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation! We are both huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans and attend many of their games. We love all kinds of music and catch many shows, especially because it’s easy to grab last minute tickets! And now, the proud parents to our baby girl, Lillie!
