🔑 Key Fob Policy
Only one key fob is issued per unit. Please keep it with you at all times. A $350 replacement fee will apply if it is lost or not returned.

🚭 No Smoking
This is a 100% smoke-free apartment. A $300 penalty will be charged for any smoking of any kind inside the unit, including on the patio.

👥 Registered Guests Only
For your safety and building regulations, only guests included in the reservation are allowed inside the apartment.

Secure garage parking is available for $40 per day or $450 per month. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot.

🏊 Seasonal Pool Access
Rooftop pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day (typically May 29 – September 1), per D.C. regulations.
