Guests have access to the entire Blissful Nook property (home, fenced back yard, parking area). Our tiny home is located in the front area of 2 of our other vacation rentals. Out of respect to those guests, we ask that you stay in the area designated for Blissful Nook. Blissful Nook guests do have access to Deep Creek through an assigned neighborhood location and instructions for this access are posted in the home.

We provide our cell number if you need anything during your stay. We live in the area and are available if necessary. We accept platform messages, texts, emails, or phone calls. We do appreciate you being our eyes and ears and welcome you to contact us if anything needs our attention.

Blissful Nook is among 8 houses in a cove (3 of which we own). It has a private and secluded feel though. Great location very close to town and the Polar Express with the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park only 1 mile away.

The town of Bryson City just continues to get more and more like a Hallmark movie! It has a small town feel with quaint boutiques, restaurants, and breweries surrounded by mountains and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. The spring and summer months bring festivals and numerous outdoor activities, the fall foliage is magnificent, and the winter brings us The Polar Express and snow skiing at Cataloochee Resort. Harrah's Casino (15 miles) offers fabulous dining and entertainment opportunities. So much to do...Boat Rentals. Rafting. Tubing. Hiking. Biking. Exploring.

The property is Easily Accessible. Your drive is flat from town to house. Flat half circle drive with parking in front of tiny home entrance. You will enter the home through the backyard fenced in area.

We own the 2 houses that adjoin Blissful Nook. These 2 vacation homes are located directly on Deep Creek. Out of respect to these guests, Blissful Nook guests DO NOT have permission to use their property to access Deep Creek. Guests that stay at Blissful Nook DO HAVE access to Deep Creek through an assigned neighborhood location and instructions for this access are posted in the home and on the fence as you exit the gate. Blissful Nook guests can also access Deep Creek in the Smoky Mountain National Park just 1 mile away.

* At least one person 21 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of our home AND must remain in the home overnight each day of the rental period
