-The living area includes a sectional couch & smartTV, with a connected dining area featuring a beautiful midcentury modern inspired table & chairs

- Sliding glass doors take you out to the balcony, which extends for the entire length of the unit. Here you'll find a hanging pod swing, a bistro table with two dining chairs, and a couch with a coffee table, so you can enjoy the expansive views in whichever way you like

- The kitchen has been artfully remodeled and is equipped with new appliances (including a dishwasher) so you can create whatever meals you're inspired to cook during your stay

- We also have a brand new Keurig & microwave if that's (understandably) the extent of your cooking desires while you're on vacation

- The bedroom features a new King size bed, walk-in closet, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a smartTV, and a gorgeous view of the San Jacinto mountains to wake up to in the morning (or afternoon)

- The ensuite bathroom has been fully remodeled and features a large tiled shower with brass fixtures

- The Biarritz has a large pool, two jacuzzis, and tennis courts available for your use.

- The Biarritz is a safe, quiet, gated community near the south end of Downtown Palm Springs

- There is a guest parking lot you can use during your stay

- The area is extremely walkable if you choose not to drive during your time in Palm Springs (however you will need to take a short cab ride or Uber to and from the airport)

- We are about a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of Downtown Palm Springs & Arenas Street, and about a 10-15 minute walk to The Spa Casino & The Palm Springs Convention Center

The area is exceptionally walkable (with a Walk Score often rated above 80), allowing guests to easily reach the heart of Downtown Palm Springs, including Palm Canyon Drive, major restaurants, bars, the Agua Caliente Casino, and the Palm Springs Art Museum, all within a short 5- to 15-minute stroll.

While many local amenities are accessible on foot, a car is recommended for exploring the wider Coachella Valley, such as the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (a short drive) or Joshua Tree National Park (about an hour away). For drivers, the complex provides the major convenience of covered, assigned parking within its secured, gated grounds with a remote to use in your vehicle.

- This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is an elevator you can take to the 2nd floor, but one flight of stairs is required to reach the front door. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB AT LEAST ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS.
