Amazing ocean view for sunrise and sunset! Great house to relax and enjoy. 50’ dock in back for your boat and a balcony for morning sunrises. All new furniture and appliances . Close to a bunch of restaurants and bars and only 1 hour from Key West. Hang in the hammock for the sunset and there’s a bbq for your fresh caught fish . We have kayaks there for your use as well :)

Getting around

We are less than 2 hours from Miami International Airport and an hour to Key West. You can fly in my helicopter or private jet to the Marathon airport as well.

House Rules

Please respect no more than 8 guests and no pets allowed. Also no smoking allowed. As per county requirements , no loud noise after 10pm. Security cameras are outside the house for safely. Please do not move or block them. Upon booking, we require a list of all guests, including ages, as well as a list of all vehicles and boats/jet skis, along with license plates/registration numbers.
Full house rules are included with rental agreement.

Payment Policy

Payment in full at time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refund is given within 7 days of check out after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancel at least 30 days before start date. $250 cancel fee applies
