Beautiful modern house in the heart of SLT - South Lake Tahoe

Beautiful and modern house with much charm and warmth. 2,400 ft2, 5 min drive to the lake, 10 min to the Heavenly Ski lift (4.9 miles). Sleeps 8 (up to 6 adults due to city rules plus children), with 3 BD/2.5 bath, jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom. Large living room with cozy masonry fireplace plus a full gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped. Large fun soft with pool and foosball tables. Large two car garage plus driveway.
The pricing at Houfy reflect a 7.5% discount over our advertised prices on Airbnb which charges the hosts 15%.

The space
Master bedroom: one king size bed, two nightstands and a comfortable desk and ergonomic chair. Large bathroom with separate shower stall and a jacuzzi tub. Walk in closet.
Downstairs: One bedroom with a queen size bed, closet. Second bedroom with a double bed, and a closet. Double bed in the common area between the two bedrooms. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower, two sinks.

Guest access
Guests have full access except for one owner's locker where we keep maintenance equipment and other personal items.

Other things to note
The city of South Lake Tahoe has strict regulations of the vacation home rentals. Please note the following:

- All prices include 12% in city taxes except bookings of 31+ days. The city tax is levied on the cleaning cost too ($375 plus tax).

- You will be required to sign the city's "VHR Good Neighbor Contract".

- There is a city requirement that local property manager or the owner conduct in person or virtual check in to verify renter identity and obtain renter signature on a good neighbor contract containing VHR rules. We will do this virtually so you can check in at your convenience (keypad door lock).

- There house has a noise monitor per city rules which sends notifications to the property manager if noise over 60dB is sustained for over a minute. The quiet hours are 10pm - 8am

- There are three external on-demand Blink cameras. Two are for monitoring snow levels (for maintenance purposes). One looks out in front of the garage and the bear box, per city regulation, so that the property manager can verify that guests are not parking illegally.

- The max house capacity per city rules is 6 adults plus up to 5 children under the age of 13. The house really has comfortable bed capacity for only 8 people total though.
