The property is conveniently located just a short 15-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Downton and with access to multiple transportation options.

Please have in consideration that the final stretch of road leading to the property is currently unpaved and can be a bit bumpy and with dust. We hope the developer will address this soon, but in the meantime, we strongly recommend walking carefully and driving slowly and carefully for that last short section.
