Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo. It has a private entrance with keyless entry.

Thank you for choosing our home. Please read the house rules below carefully; they help us protect the space, follow building policy, and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Respectful Stay
— Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away.
— Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking).
No Pets or ESAs
— Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed under any circumstances, even if they have a certificate or a special vest. The HOA enforces this and may issue a $500 fine for violations.
No Smoking
— Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, even with a medical card.
Maximum Occupancy
— Our condo is configured and stocked for up to 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Events or Parties
— Please do not host gatherings, events, or parties at our condo. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit, message us in advance.
Minimum Age
— The primary guest must be 25 years or older. You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions.
Photo ID
— We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation.
No Airbnb Services or Experiences
— Hosting or bringing any Airbnb Service or Experience onto the premises is not permitted without our prior written approval. Unauthorized attempts to run an Experience will result in reservation cancellation with no refund.
Security and Privacy
— Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected.
— Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed.
— Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit.
