Blue Parrot Beach House is the perfect fit, whether your a group of 12 of a single person.

This large beach house is located in the heart of the hotel district in Hopkins, Belize. There are multiple restaurants within a short walk and next PADI 5-Star dive shop

The oceanfront beach house sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. The house includes four ocean front master bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms, a porch leading to the beach and a balcony overlooking the ocean. All staircases are external and each floor has its own private entrance.

Need a little less space, rent either the upper or lower level/villa of the house. Each villa consists of 2 ocean front master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room with 2 futons, dining room and full kitchen.

Young family or on a romantic getaway? Rent the suite ( Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room) or just an ocean front bedroom with en suit bathroom, private balcony/ porch, coffee maker and mini fridge.

According to Belize law, all property with in 66 feet from the water line is public property. Beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, inner tubes, corn hole and bicycles are for the exclusive use of the guests of Blue Parrot. Even though docks is owned by certain properties, all docks are on public property (in the ocean). The public is allowed access on the dock, if the dock is not in use by the dock owner.

At Blue parrot we believe in personal interaction with our guests. Reservations is usually handled by our reservations manager from the US. Once in Belize, our property managers, who lives in Hopkins, will be available to greet and assist you. The house is equip with lock boxes at each entrance. This enable guests to access the house just in case our property manager is unable to let them in. Access code will be provided to guests. A private security guard is on during at night. House keeping will be provided during your stay. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge.

The house is located in the resort district, 2 miles south of Hopkins, next to a Padi 5 dive shop and within walking distance on many great restaurants, bars, a gym, spa and convenience store.

Complimentary on site bicycles are available for guest use. Hire a golf cart nearby or rent a car in town.
