Right of Admission

The property management reserves the right of admission at all times. Guests who fail to comply with house rules, engage in illegal activities, or behave in a manner that threatens the safety, security, or comfort of the apartment or other residents may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Management also reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not registered as a guest.

Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.

Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.

SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.

Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and consent to SimpliRent collecting, processing, and storing your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Government-issued identification documents (ID or passport copies)

SimpliRent reserves the right to share your personal information with its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, and linked companies, including Maison Lagrange, for operational, administrative, service delivery, and relevant marketing purposes, in accordance with POPIA.

• An initial allocation is provided for your stay. Should this be exceeded, we will issue one additional top-up token valued at R300 as a courtesy.
